Quercus x bimundorum ‘Midwest’

Lobed, leathery, dark green, glossy foliage turns intense yellow-orange to brick-red in fall. Dense, refined, pyramidal shape. Prefers a moist, well-drained site. Cold hardy with mildew resistant foliage. Excellent boulevard, feature or park tree. Very unique oak created by the North Dakota State University Research Foundation.
