Rheum x hybridum 'Canada Red'

Extremely large foliage and long thick red stalks that are sweet and juicy. High quality rhubarb with tender skin is great for pies and wine. Foliage is toxic. Does well in many soil conditions but thrives in rich well drained, loamy soils.
